1. Scope of Services
Riolentra offers three categories of offerings:
- Legal Services: Personalized legal assistance to real-estate agents, including contract drafting, compliance review, dispute-resolution support.
- Information Products: Digital guides, templates, online courses related to real-estate law and best practices.
- Physical Goods: Printed manuals, legal-forms kits, and support materials shipped to clients.
2. Service Agreements
When you engage our legal services, you will receive a detailed agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and fees. All services are rendered in accordance with applicable professional standards and Canadian regulations.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for services and information products are detailed on our website. Payment must be completed prior to delivery. Physical goods are dispatched once full payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
Riolentra is committed to client satisfaction. Below are the policies for each offering:
4.1 Legal Services
- Clients may request a rescheduling of booked appointments at least 48 hours prior without additional charge.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the service date qualify for full reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Services that involve court hearings or external filings, once initiated, are not eligible for reimbursement due to incurred third-party costs.
4.2 Information Products
- Digital guides and online courses may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved cancellations will receive a full reimbursement via the original payment channel within 10 days.
- Access beyond 20% of the materials or completion of the course modules voids eligibility for reimbursement.
4.3 Physical Goods
- Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a reimbursement to the original payment channel within 14 days.
- Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the client unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
5. No-Reimbursement Exceptions
Certain customized legal packages or bundled offerings that include third-party disbursements are explicitly non-reimbursable due to immediate allocation of resources and administrative arrangements. These exceptions will be clearly noted in the service agreement before purchase.
6. Modifications to Terms
Riolentra reserves the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website at riolentra.trade.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
